 Hi, @dipakparmar443! Welcome to Trac and thank you for your report!

 Would you please provide additional test setup information for this issue?
 The provided screenshot shows the **Posts** menu highlighted, but the
 content frame displays **Pages**. How did you arrive at this?

 Also please note that the `post` post type
 [https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/register_post_type/#hierarchical
 is not hierarchical by default], so there are likely other factors and
 requirements at play. For example, if the site is using a plugin to enable
 this feature, then it may be more appropriate to file a bug report with
 the plugin author.
