 I am having WordPress Error. bellow is the error message:

 "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site
 admin email inbox for instructions.

 Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress."

 There was no instruction in mail
 What I have done so far.

 1. I have disable all the plugins and error continues
 2. I have manually updated the wordpress site and error still continue
 3. i downgrade it again and error still continue.

 I suspect this could be fro the data base.

 I can't even access the wp-admin.

 Please I need your king assistance
