Comment:

 Might be a false-positive subject where some things might have not been as
 they were. Downgrade and upgrade show the same solution to the problem. As
 related to maybe a problem with cron. Comments updated in the database
 don't reflect immediately onsite "I might have been a victim of a server
 hack being dormant hacked". Maybe a different approach to the problem
 would be looking at this problem in a different way. At least I'm able to
 work 50% with a disability as per cron schedules updates the problem. All
 versions even down to 5.8.3 show the same problems.
