 Steps to reproduce:
 Select theme (I tried twenty twenty and twenty twenty-one)
 Click on theme details
 Hit delete in the lower rh corner
 get the "are you sure you want to delete?" dialog msg
 Click OK.

 Nothing happens, the theme remains. Have never had a problem with this
 before 6.0, and I habitually delete old themes rather than update them.
 This is on a staging server.
