 This bug was recently flagged on Gutenberg's Git Repo
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/41720 after 6.0 was
 released.

 We can reproduce the same when a test site is using the Classic Editor
 plugin which led us to believe that this might be core related.
