 This is difficult to reproduce with certainty without the original issue
 description with the media.


 == Steps to reproduce
 On mobile or on mobile preview in browser tools:

 1) Activate Twenty Twenty-One
 2) Open the Customizer
 3) Select "Preview"
 4) Look for the circular buttons with blue background and a pen icon.


 == Test results

 On WordPress 6.0:
 The icon that is intended to be next to the site title, so that you can
 click on it to edit the title,
 is covered below the "#customize-header-actions" toolbar.
