 Twenty Nineteen: Ensure custom text color is reflected in the Editor for
 Quote block.

 This changes removes an hardcoded CSS color value for the Quote block in
 Twenty Nineteen's editor stylesheet. This ensures custom text color is
 fully reflected in the Editor for Quote block.
