 Hi there!

 @schlessera is this ticket is in your to-do list for the upcoming version?

 The [attachment:"22951.2.diff"] patch needs to update against the Trank
 version.

 It's a good addition if we add this so we get some good page speed as
 `esc_url` is many places to validate URL.

 `dev-feedback` added for more eyes on this ticket.
