Comment:

 The upgrade to jQuery 3.5.1 was implemented in [49101], and released with
 version 5.6; With that in mind, I'm marking this ticket as fixed for the
 purpose it was created.

 Given that the final step is to not have jQuery migrate enabled by default
 (which has its own ticket in #51812), and any areas that may have been
 missed should get their own tickets so they are not missed in a massive
 tracking ticket, it just makes sense to not create an overburdened ticket
 that is hard to keep track of for any new items that may pop up.
