 The [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ support forums] likely would be
 more helpful for individual site support. The site may be looking for
 media and plugin files in the wrong directory. You could check the Site
 Address and WordPress Address under Settings > General. If those are both
 correct, you could also check the wp-config.php file.
