 Please look at the line 31 which is asking for a file which doesn't
 exists.. i think the path to the file
 {{{
 /usr/share/php/wp-stack-cache.php
 }}}

 is hardcoded... in your windows machine try to find the correct path of
 that file!! and change the directory!!
