 IN https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop one of the first steps
 is to install NodeJS, however this project runs on node 14 and with the
 command explained in the readme file you'd end up installing the latest
 version (current 18) which will end up throwing a LOT of errors when
 running npm "install" or "build" commands.
