 Hi there, thanks for the ticket!

 [https://github.com/paragonie/random_compat random_compat] is an external
 library, any suggested changes would need to be submitted upstream.

 It is excluded from PHPCS checks in the WordPress'
 [source:tags/6.0.1/phpcs.xml.dist?marks=131#L102 phpcs.xml.dist]
 configuration file.
