 Connecting the prefix or suffix to the blogname input field with `aria-
 describedby` might be enough context to understand the field. (I plan to
 use `aria-describedby` for other fields, too, in a patch for #40361.)

 I'd also like to consider adding clear instructions within the labels, for
 example:
 - 'Site Name (enter the subdirectory):'
 - 'Site Domain (enter the subdomain):'
