 I hope this is the right place to report, I couldn't find anywhere else.

 I have been committing my plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/speakout/
 successfully via tortoise SVN for years. I committed a version without a
 problem a couple of days ago.

 Then 2 hours later and ever since I am receiving an error

 {{{
 Parse error: syntax error, unexpected string content "", expecting "-" or
  identifier or variable or number in Standard input code on line 529
 Errors parsing Standard input code
 ***********************************
 This error was generated by a custom hook script on the Subversion server.
 Please contact your server administrator for help with resolving this
 issue.
 }}}

 It stats the issue is "generated by a custom hook script on the Subversion
 server"
