 The block lists in these three places are the same, but the order is a bit
 different:
 * `wp-includes/blocks/index.php`
 * `tools/webpack/blocks.js`
 * `_unhook_block_registration()` in `tests/phpunit/includes/functions.php`

 I think alphabetizing these lists in a consistent manner would make future
 additions easier.
