 Hi @jawed3333, welcome to Trac!

 For block themes, menu items such as `Menus` and `Widgets` no longer exist
 as they can be added using blocks in the `Editor` menu item. Other menu
 items like the `Theme File Editor` and the `Plugin File Editor` can now be
 found in the `Tools` menu.

 However, `Menus` and `Widgets` should still be displayed for classic (PHP)
 themes.

 Can you confirm if the theme your website uses is a block theme or a
 classic (PHP) theme? If you're not sure, go to `Appearance > Themes` and
 let us know the name of the theme.
