 After updating WordPress 5.9, I'm receiving this error while rearranging
 classic gallery images.

 media-views.min.js?ver=5.9:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of
 undefined (reading 'args')
     at n.<anonymous> (media-views.min.js?ver=5.9:2:23305)
     at u (underscore.min.js?ver=1.13.1:2:16433)
 }}}

 Replicate by installing Classic Editor and any theme. Add a gallery to a
 page, then edit the gallery to try and rearrange the images. This error
 prevents the user from rearranging images in the classic gallery.
