 Hi and thanks for the report!

 The "Term added" message should be part of a plugin that enables adding
 bulk terms. If you know which plugin does that (Real Estate?), you could
 report this on their support forum. Other
 [https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ forums are available on
 WordPress.org], too, including [http://forum.wp-persian.com/ Persian
 forums].

 I would recommend placing the notification on the top instead of where it
 is or below the submit button. #42937 adds a notification at the top for
 ''individual'' term additions/changes in Core for WordPress 5.9 (available
 soon). The plugin author may need to update their notifications because of
 that as well.

 Since this is not a Core enhancement/bug, 'invalid' is the appropriate
 resolution.
