 Hello @webmandesign and thank for reporting this issue,

 It looks like an issue with the CSS used by your theme. The Pattern
 library explorer changed between 5.8 and 5.9. You're right, this should be
 reported on Gutenberg repository but I'd suggest you to get in touch with
 the theme author as well :)
