 Test with 5.9 RC 4 + Twenty Twenty Two

 1.) Row block: translation has changed in beta several times between
 "Reihe" (sounds natural for this block) and "Zeile" (sounds strange). But
 "Zeile" combined with "Allow to wrap multiple lines" as "Erlaube Umbrechen
 auf mehrere Zeilen" ("Zeilenumbruch" is a usual term) seems to mean "break
 up in several blocks"! (What a mess!)
 So I recommend really to use "Reihe"

 2.) Border has changed from "Umrandung" (will do it) to "Rand" (sounds
 very strange in this context).
 You can use "Umrandung" or - maybe better - the usual term in German for
 this usage: "Rahmen"
