 Welcome to WordPress Core's Trac! Thank you for reporting this issue and
 providing a video to show in action.

 This is a known issue reported in here in the Gutenberg project
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/34729.

 Status: root cause is not yet identified.

 Can you comment on that issue and share your video and findings please?

 I'll close this ticket as reported upstream in Gutenberg. Let's move all
 discussions and collaborations to that issue to help contributors identify
 the root cause and squash it.

 Also note, once resolved in Gutenberg, the published packages will be
 backed to WordPress Core to be packaged with the next release, which
 hopefully will be 5.9.1.
