 WP 5.9 RC3, TwentyTwentyTwo Theme (ver 1.0), PHP 8.0
 While in Site Editor, text and background color styling changes to Header,
 navigation block Submenus is reflected in editor.
 When those changes are saved and the site is viewed from the front side,
 the styling changes are not honored.
 not browser-specific, with or without TwentyTwentTwo child theme, no
 plugins activated,
 when used in Header or Footer
