 Theme Editor has a feature to 'Manage menus' but in fact, they cannot be
 edited from it and this admin page is absent in the main menu navigation
 or from Template Parts.

 To use and manage menus conveniently, they need to be handled from this
 page if they exist but also it needs to be clear in which template parts
 of this menu are used.

 If the user has menus that are not in use, they can be easily removed but
 if some menus are in use by trashing them it can break some part of the
 site.
