 That does appear to be the issue. I should have tried creating a clean
 page to see the behavior. I must have used a "special" page from the
 original install. I don't remember seeing anything saying "Do not use this
 page", but I might have missed that. If all I need to do is move my
 content to new pages, then problem solved.
