 54426.diff], with the tooltip effect, works great on Chrome 98.0.4758.102,
 Edge 98.0.1108.62, and FF 97.0.1...all in Win 10.

 It would be great if someone could test in a few other browsers, otherwise
 I think it's ready for commit.
