 Hello, team

Normally, when I use WordPress MultiSite I activate all plugins on all
sites, and if the case may be, I activate some on the main site, but not
 on the network.

I have a case where there are plugins that go active on some subsites, not
network, not on the main site. In these cases, if I go to the list of
plugins in the network, I get the Delete button on that plugin.

As I say, I had not noticed until now, but in this case, it is possible to
delete a plugin that is active in one of the sites and working correctly.

 For example:

 + + +

 ''**example1**.local/wp-admin/**network**/plugins.php''

 WordPress Importer
 Activate for network | **Delete**

It is not active on the network.

 + + +

 ''**example1**.local/wp-admin/plugins.php''

 WordPress Importer
 Enable

 Not active on site 1.

 + + +

 ''**example2**.local/wp-admin/plugins.php''

 WordPress Importer
 Disable | Troubleshoot problems

Yes, it is active on site 2

 + + +

Is that normal? Shouldn't be prevented from deleting a plugin if it is
active on any of the sites on the network?
