 Looking at [48601], it seems that some other functions need the same fix
 as in [52799], since they were all changed to use `wp_parse_url(
 network_home_url(), PHP_URL_HOST )`:

 * `wpmu_signup_blog_notification()`
 * `wpmu_signup_user_notification()`
 * `wpmu_welcome_notification()`
 * `wpmu_welcome_user_notification()`
 * `wp_notify_postauthor()`
