 Submitted new PR ([https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-
 develop/pull/2327 PR 2327]) amending original PR
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/2219 PR 2219] from
 @noisysocks so we have a consolidated patch. Adds the post type capability
 check [#comment:9 mentioned here].

 Also added `has-screenshots` keyword reflecting addition of screencast of
 error condition.
