 I’m waiting for a confirmation from the accessibility team if we can
 remove the multiple H1s requirement from the
 [https://make.wordpress.org/themes/handbook/review/accessibility/required/#headings
 WordPress accessibility guidelines]. I’m cc @joedolson for the
 clarification. I think that’s the major hurdle for creating an
 accessibility-ready block theme currently.
