 Looking at the linked post, it says that the default value fo the option
 has changed, and users have to correct that and check the box to allow
 search engine indexing. However, that is not the case on a clean install,
 the option is still enabled by default, which I think is the way it should
 be for the majority of use cases.

 So I'm a bit confused about what is actually being suggested here. Could
 you clarify?
