 There seems to be no consensus on how to move forward best. Recognizing
 @costdev 's effort to patch this ticket, and everyone else's input, should
 we just give this some more time to see if it is an actual problem? Maybe
 the number of times some classic theme is having this problem is extremely
 low and simply documenting the issue solves everything?
