 Some template parts and patterns in TT2 rely on custom margin values that
 are hardcoded and not editable.

 Now that https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/36186 is marked for
 backport, we can move this margin to spacer blocks instead — allowing
 users to adjust their values via the site editor.
