 However, [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-
 admin/plugins.php#L281 deleting active plugins] is purposely not allowed.

 If you need help locating the plugins you deactivated, you can click
 either the "Recently Active" link or "Inactive" (Récemment désactivées /
 Désactivées).
