 A core issue. When a user is editing a page, there is now no (easy)
 ability to view the page.

 The useful, but highly elusive 'Page updated. View page' pops up for only
 a limited time after updating.

 The workaround option underneath 'permalinks' is not at all obvious or
 intuitive for any normal user.
