 Given this, I think we can go ahead and use the fix in
 [https://github.com/WordPress/wordpress-develop/pull/2246 PR 2246] from
 #54917.

 I've left a [https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/54917#comment:4
 comment] on the ticket and PR explaining how to resolve the failing tests
 so that the fix can be considered for `commit`.
