 This is not specific to Twenty Twenty-two, but for all block themes. It
 was argued quite a bit.
 Two things that I don't know were mentioned in the discussion:
 - The Customizer should be able to show a preview of the site even using a
 block theme, and it shouldn't hurt anything to have that available. The
 Site Editor could be reached from a prominent link in the Customizer.
 (instead of hiding Customizer) This would maintain all the non-theme
 option availability and the ease of switching themes with preview.
 - There are options in the post editor for blocks, for adding a class, but
 no longer anywhere to add the styles for that class, when using a block
 theme. This is quite limiting.
