 Hello @GeekStreetWP and wellcome to trac, thank you for your report, i'm
 able to reproduce the 'issue' but i'm asking myself if it's real issue,
 since after deletion, when you reinstall the plugin it's appear to
 "recently_activated"'s tab.

 let's ask a second opinion if needed.
