 Trac is for the development of WordPress Core, whereas the screenshots you
 have provided show the interface of Fusion Builder, which is included with
 the Avada theme.

 Please post on [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/fusion/ the Fusion
 Builder support forums] and/or [https://theme-
 fusion.com/support/submit-a-ticket/ open a support ticket] for the Avada
 theme.

 I'll close this ticket as the issue occurs in a third party plugin and not
 in WordPress Core.
