 There is a bug with WP 5.9 and some plugins and themes that use meta boxes
 at the bottom.

 Steps to reproduce:
 1. On a clean install with any default WP theme, install Yost SEO with any
 default WP theme.
 2. Go to a page edit mode and switch preview modes. Come back to the
 Desktop view. The Yoast metabox is over the page content! The issue is
 fixed when the admin edit page is refreshed.

 That also happens with other themes and plugins that use large metaboxes
 at the bottom thus making the whole editing experience very uncomfortable
 since with every responsive preview switch you would have to update and
 refresh the page!
