 code review.
 This is how the current implementation looks.

 @ironprogrammer `/wp-admin/about.php` Perhaps this page will change in the
 future. Thus we will have to change the link in the notification as well.
 I wonder if we have a separate page explaining what full-site editing is.
 I could only find [https://developer.wordpress.org/block-editor/getting-
 started/full-site-editing/ this page], but I don't know if it is
 appropriate.
