 We have merged a [https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/38362 fix
 for this into Gutenberg]
 , which will hopefully be back-ported to WP 5.9.1.

 In the meantime, rather than needing to manually edit exiting blocks to
 fix this, adding
 [https://gist.github.com/glendaviesnz/b3480d37ff0ea75103cea8ca5bd1796b
 this custom css] to a site should resolve the issue.
