 GB36961 addressed long URLs in the modal (`.block-editor-link-
 control__search-item-info`), but not when that URL is the visible link
 text (`.block-editor-link-control__search-item-title`).

 Firefox/Windows wraps your example link, yet Chrome/Windows has the
 horizontal scrollbar.

 Could you open an issue on the Gutenberg repository so it's fixed in the
