 When i edit the HTML manually and click away, the "Attempt Block Recovery"
 error appears.

 == BUG:
 **Clicking on the "''Convert to HTML''" or "''Convert to Blocks''" does
 nothing.**

 The button "Attempt Block Recovery" itself works and reverts the action to
 the previous state before I edited the html.
