 The WordPress Core Trac isn't really the best place to seek support for
 plugins. You should use the support forums (if you're a Free user) for
 that.

 Based on your screenshot your issue might be a conflict with the Post Grid
 Combo Plugin:
 https://wordpress.org/support/topic/output-buffer-error-2/
 We already reported the problem to them and are waiting for them to sort
 it out. In the meantime you could apply the suggested solution.

 If you don't use the Post Grid Combo plugin then please seek supoort on
 one of the mentioned channels above.
