 I'm not having any luck getting the new IPTC fields from the image using
 `iptcparse`, and I'm not really sure why - I don't see anything in the
 [https://github.com/php/php-
 src/blob/926407f22433446fb7252a4b1b41dc4e2166fe93/ext/standard/iptc.c#L303
 function source] that looks like it would skip newly defined tags.

 I verified that the provided image does contain the extended alt
 information by viewing the raw image data, but the function doesn't pick
 them up.
