 Hi again, @samibenyoussef

 This "Trac" instance is used to track the development of WordPress itself.
 Your report here would have been relevant if the problem you had was due
 to some error in the WordPress code.

 But now, as you say that it "fixed itself", the most probable situation
 was that the update first time failed due to some temporary communication
 error, overload, etc. (So this very hiccup was not the result of any "bug"
 in WordPress itself.)

 There are things you can do as a user in such cases. (And there are things
 your hosting company can do, too.) But the correct place to discuss that
 would be in the support forums, where WordPress users help each other with
 suggestions. So, formally speaking, your bug report here was indeed not a
 bug report. And for such cases, the keyword we use is "invalid". We have
 had discussions on changing the name of this resolution status to
 something "softer", but haven't found any better, but still short enough,
 one.
