 Tests: Simplify the list of global groups in object cache tests.

 This list was not up to date due to missing `blog_meta` group, and does
 not appear to be required for the tests to pass, as
 `WP_UnitTestCase_Base::flush_cache()` adds the same list of groups, which
 is up to date.

 Follow-up to [946/tests], [1332/tests], [40343], [42836], [53823].
