 Discussed in the 3 Aug performance bug scrub and this warrants further
 coordination as part of the Performance team's work, so we plan to discuss
 further in a future Performance weekly chat. I'll leave another update
 here and on the linked issue once we have that discussion scheduled so
 folks can attend if they'd like.
