 Thanks @afercia for reporting this. We reviewed this during a
 [https://wordpress.slack.com/archives/C02RQBWTW/p1659418416708469 recent
 bug-scrub session]. Here's the summary of the feedback:

 01. Adding keyword 'needs-testing'
 02. The latest patch still applies cleanly against trunk
 03. We plan to raise this ticket in the design channel to get more
 attention from Design Contributors.
